Ultimate All-Terrain Transporter
Imagine an ATV that can not only provide access to hard to reach locations, but is fitted with seatbelts and ROPS for safety, and has a electro-hydraulic lift with capacity to hold 200kg when fully extended.
It’s the newly developed and customised, Ultimate All-Terrian Transporter. With a quality Kawasaki Mule body, the Ultimate is light weight and compact making it easy to transport, it has a 4WD drive-train with rear axle differential lock, high ground clearance and a very low centre of gravity which gives it a superior All-terrain ability compared to a 4WD road going vehicle. All of this means it can access the most challenging of locations safely.
Once on location, it only takes a few minutes to set up the stabilizer legs which level the platform and provide extra stability to operate the crane. The crane is fully electro hydraulic and is controlled out of harms way from the front of the vehicle.
The crane can reach objects 2.4m from the centre of the vehicle and has a lift capacity of up to 200kg at full extension. If required the object can be loaded into the cargo tray for extraction to the workshop or another location. The crane is mounted down at chassis level between the cab and cargo tray to centralize the cranes weight and to keep the vehicles centre of gravity as low as possible. The vehicle can carry up to 500kg in the cargo tray as well as carry 2 operators/people up the front. It has a 24hp, three cylinder diesel engine which is both reliable and economical.
The Ultimate eliminates the need for any heavy lifting on site and at jobs, and therefore reduces back injury risks and the subsequent costly downtime for workers and employers. No special license is required to operate the Ultimate. It is ideal for mechanics, builders, plumbers and mine operators.
